We have launched a computer course after extensive research with various IT companies which offer BPO services

We have analyzed the tasks that employees are required to do. Our computer course will be working on the same and the exam components are as follows:

1. Typing - Voice based and text based.
2. Letter Writing
3. Making Tables
4. Making Spreadsheets and calculations in Excel
5. Power Point presentations.
6. Case study of a complaint:
• Acknowledging a complaint,
• Replying on behalf of a company,
• Apologizing,
• Justifying
• Rectifying
7. Creating an Address Book in MS-Outlook. (Manipulating with various Fields)

We are hoping that this course will help underprivileged youth to be part of the Indian IT success story.
